NORCROSS, GEORGIA – Continuing its long tradition of excellence in BIOS, remote management and network storage innovations, AMI is pleased to announce its latest round of patent awards. AMI was awarded an impressive total of fifty U.S. patents during 2013. These awards bring the company closer to an important milestone of three hundred patents in total.
Notably, 29 engineers and developers from AMI, collaborating across the globe, were awarded patents this year. Several individuals were awarded multiple patents in 2013, ranging from four to six patents each for three individuals. The distribution of these awards across each of AMI’s engineering groups highlights the team-oriented atmosphere that has long been a part of AMI’s global corporate culture. Additionally, patents were granted in all of AMI’s core technology areas, including BIOS and UEFI Firmware, Remote and Server Management Technologies, Android Solutions and Network Data Storage and Storage Management.
