The new office facility is located at the Satellite Place Office Park in Duluth, six miles north of the previous AMI headquarters location in Norcross and near major area roads, including Interstate 85 and Highway 316, to improve access for AMI employees and visitors. This new location is intended to provide AMI and those who visit – customers, potential new hires and members of the community – with an enhanced image in line with the company’s industry stature and ONE AMI philosophy.
AMI has taken great pains to ensure that this new location meets or exceeds safety requirements for the “new normal” of office work in the Covid-19 era. Essential ventilation systems, wider walkways, larger and taller cubicles, spacious conference rooms, copious labs and similar arrangements provide adequate space between employees and teams to ensure the health and safety of employees onsite.
Likewise, the new AMI Corporate Headquarters also offers robust options to leverage technology for video conferencing and streaming, allowing for the hosting of customer training, partner and leadership conferences, technology summits and other company events. For larger events and audiences, an Event Hall located in an adjacent building within the office park will enable AMI to host these onsite in the future.
