Samsung, Samsung, Samsung!

It seems as though Samsung® is pushing out all sorts of things in the upcoming months, ranging from smartwatches to home appliances. For all the fitness enthusiasts out there, Samsung is introducing its Gear Fit2 Pro, the successor to last year’s Gear Fit2, and Gear Sport smartwatches/fitness trackers. One of the highlights for these new products is that they are both waterproof with their 5 ATM swim-ready water resistance; so swim away while sporting your spiffy new smartwatch. Another cool feature? For all you Spotify listeners, you can now take Spotify with you on your watch!

Another interesting development from Samsung would be its Gear IconX earbuds. With a similar concept to Apple®’s AirPods®, Samsung’s Gear IconX earbuds are completely wireless, boasts a 5-hour streaming battery life and get this, monitors your heart rate.

Last one worth mentioning from the Samsung side will probably make everyone rejoice – the chore of doing laundry just got shorter. With Samsung’s QuickDrive (QDrive for short) Washer, users can do a full load of laundry in half the time without sacrificing cleansing power.

The Dell Visor

Virtual reality is becoming the big “it” thing these days and companies like Dell are jumping onto the wagon to bring VR products to consumers. Dell has created a VR headset called the Dell Visor for the Microsoft® Windows® Mixed Reality platform. The Dell Visor is a lightweight, flip headset that immerses you into the virtual reality world by flipping down the lenses. When you’re ready to come back to the real world, you just flip the lenses to the top of the visor. You can easily transition from one to another!

Panasonic® GA10 Smart Speaker

Let’s welcome Panasonic to the voice-activated smart speaker market! Panasonic just announced its upcoming Panasonic GA10 speaker which has built-in Google Assistant capabilities, integration of various streaming services and of course, the ability to do tasks. The anticipation for this product will be whether or not it can hold its own against other established smart speakers like Amazon Echo and Google Home. It looks like the battle of the smart speakers is getting a new contender!

Mars+ Smart Mattress

Eight Sleep unveiled its flagship Mars+ Smart Mattress that promises a better night’s sleep for those who decide to incorporate the Mars+ Sleep Mattress into their lives.
