Offshore Development Activity:

In this model, the system study at the beginning of the project and the acceptance test at the end are the only activities that need to be carried out at the customer's site. All other activities are conducted at the AMI-India development center. Development team will have a constant interaction with the client on a routine basis.

Dedicated Group Activity:

AMI can setup a dedicated group to carry out ongoing development on an exclusive basis. The core team will be adequately trained on the customer's processes and will be retained to work exclusively at our off-shore facilities or on-site. We can also undertake project management and risk management responsibilities.
