AMI will host this first-of-its-kind event at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) from 9:00 am to 4:50 pm in conjunction with Digitimes, a leading IT media, market research and consulting organization based in Taiwan for the Chinese-language IT market.

The Aptio for the Next seminar will provide a close look at the UEFI standards at the core of AMI’s Aptio® UEFI Firmware, with a specific focus on how the UEFI standards are interconnected with the next generation of operating systems. The latest version of Aptio, version 4.6.5.1, complies fully with the latest UEFI specifications, UEFI 2.3.1 and PI 1.2, making the advanced features of the UEFI specification such as Secure Boot for enhanced platform security and pre-boot touch support available to manufacturers.
