ATLANTA, GEORGIA – American Megatrends Inc. (AMI), is proud to announce a new partnership agreement with Condre Storage, Inc., a leading nationwide Solutions Provider Distributor (SPD) of hardware and software products for the data storage market. Under this agreement, Condre Storage will provide dual dialect StorTrends® 3200 and 1100 IP-SAN/NAS appliances from AMI, all of which come preinstalled with StorTrends® iTX 2.7 Data Storage software.
StorTrends iTX 2.7 provides dependable, affordable storage software for networked storage applications, featuring dual dialect capability for both IP-SAN (Storage Area Networks) and NAS (Network Attached Storage). The dual dialect capability of StorTrends iTX allows users to handle both block and file data and enables the use of popular applications like Microsoft® Exchange, Microsoft® SQL Server, Oracle® and more. Configured to run on the StorTrends 1100 and 3200 storage appliances, StorTrends iTX 2.7 can also be ported to other storage platforms, such as the Intel® SSR212MC2 Storage Server. StorTrends iTX comes preinstalled on all StorTrends storage appliances, and includes the ManageTrends(TM) storage management suite as one of its components.
StorTrends iTX software provides true enterprise-level features, at a pricing level that is within the reach of small and medium sized businesses. Components such as Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), WAN-optimization Data Services (WDS), Continuous Data Protection (CDP), and both Synchronous and Asynchronous Data Replication make it a competitive offering that will allow Condre to support VARs and resellers in a wide variety of vertical markets.
