Customer Support Technician 1

Customer Support Technician is responsible for supporting all Customers using StorTrends Products for resolving technical issues. The Customer Support Technician is required to be available at all times to take calls both during the work week and after hours to assist StorTrends Customers in need.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support all StorTrends products and handle customer issues related to the StorTrends products.
- Keep SharePoint records current for all shipped StorTrends product including the SW version, StorAID term and notes on the reported issues and recommended fixes for the reported issue(s).
- Provide weekly reports for the customer support and testing performed during the work week. This includes reporting on all open and close customer support items.
- Keep the knowledge database updated with known issues to assist other Customer Support Technicians.
- All support calls/emails must be responded to within one (1) business hour. Resolving the issue might take more time, however acknowledgement of receiving customer email or phone call is required. For after-hours calls and one (1) hour call-back is required.
- Attempt to recreate the issue(s) report by the customer. If needed, escalate the issue to Engineering via BugTracker.
- Be equipped to troubleshoot the customers issue remotely. Meaning, use WebEx, LiveMeeting or TurboMeeting to log into the customers StorTrends appliance to further diagnose and troubleshoot the issue.
- Maintain the FAQ document and the section on StorTrends.com. Update the FAQ sections as needed when items change.
- Enter and track all RMA’s for replacement equipment of failed components and/or appliances in the field. Be willing and ready to travel to customers site(s) to install, configure, troubleshoot and resolve issues with StorTrends.

Test Engineer 1

Responsible for writing the test scripts, test routines, automation scripts and executing these test routines on engineering builds prior to formal builds being issued to the Quality Assurance (QA) Team. They are also responsible for coordinating with the developers (Management and Sr. Engineers) for unit test and generating builds.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain local network with heterogeneous nodes
- Understand Engineering Design Document and Functional Specification document
- Write unit test plan document
- Prioritize test cases for automation testing and scripting
- Automate and Implement test methodology for Continuous integration

QA Engineer

IT Project Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will serve as project manager on IT projects. Primary focus of project will be from an enterprise-wide perspective rather than functional business application standpoint.
